"Our builder recommended Bodine Scott (BS) for warranty work on a 3 year old Carrier Ac. The coil needs to be replaced so they ordered the part from San Antonio to install for $1100. It’s been 10 days without AC now and they finally have the part. It’s Friday at 4 pm and we are still waiting. I don’t believe they ordered the part last week. I would have driven to SA to pick it up if I knew it would take this long!"

The installers literally through our old unit around the attic to the point where they broke our Internet cords. I work from home, on a computer, so internet is very much so needed. The installers would not go in the attic and see if they noticed any cords were damage…"
