Rocky was very pleasant and seemed to be a competent technician….. BUT Rocky recommended putting 6 lbs of 410A Refrigerant in to our 5 Ton unit without do a leak check that is required (if you are a ethical company) prior to filling unit with that much Freon. 24 hrs later…"
