Mountainside Air was a wonderful company to work with. It all started with Candice who set up my appointment for an air conditioning tune up. I told what I was looking for and she took care of it. The technician (Cristian) she sent out was a very professional and friendly toward me. He talk to me at every step of the way. I was very pleased. I signed up for a one year service agreement and they will be back in six months to service again unless I need the before for any repairs. I feel so much at ease that Mountainside is my go to company to service my A/C.
Friday evening and our AC was not cooling. We called Mountainside Air and received a call back from Steve. He had appointments already scheduled for Saturday but called us throughout the morning to let us know when he expected to arrive.
