They came out the next day. They fixed the AC / Heater unit without having to replace it just yet. It’s an old system. Like an old car. It can sometimes be repaired. Other times it makes more sense to get a new one. They were on time and easy to communicate with. They got to the issue right away. They are in my phone for any future hearing or cooling needs.
Recently Kyle from Samson and Sons serviced our air conditioner and furnace. He thoroughly checked and cleaned our unit ensuring all was in good working order. He was professional and knowledgeable about our system. He also answered questions I had on the filters. Since we had Sampson and Sons install our new unit, all the technicians have been awesome.
