What customers say about furnace repair
My whole experience with the Webb Air team was top notch replacing my central furnace/AC with a heat pump. Brandon reviewed my needs, documented the system to be replaced and the space available, estimated the options, re-estimated an additional option as the project became clearer, and answered a blizzard of questions. I always want to understand what I am buying, and Brandon patiently answered all of my questions - fully. Then Hector and Christian worked some magic…
My furnace went out after hours, and I called Webb Air’s emergency line. Within 20 minutes, I received a call back from Brandon Bolton. He was extremely professional and immediately got things moving. A technician, Pablo Benavides, arrived in under two hours. Pablo was friendly, professional, and thorough in checking the entire system. He quickly identified the issue and had our furnace up and running in no time. Most importantly, he was honest…

What customers say about furnace repair
Jorge Puebla not only arrived on time, but he was early! Always nice to not have to wait for a technician. A part on the furnace was being upgraded and he worked diligently until it was completely installed. Very pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend.
Jason Vasquez arrived on time was personable and professional. He did a quick maintenance check of our gas furnace, pronounced it working as designed. Due to the 25 year + age of our system he did not recommend any additional services and prepared us for the difficulties getting parts for a system as old as ours. I would recommend! This service is part of our annual service plan.

What customers say about furnace repair
My Kudos to One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating. I've had Rocky Smith come out in the past and he did a fantastic job on my regular maintenance. Last Friday 2/27/26, James Laisure was the tech that came out. He did very thorough explanation of what he was going to do. After he did his inspection, he took pictures of the furnace and the concerns, again his explanations and pictures helped me understand what I needed to do for preventative maintenance, and what he needed to do to get me back in shape…
Terry was great. He arrived on time, did a full assessment of my furnace like I requested, and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t actually NEED. He even took the time to talk to me about the most basic repair options through the most elaborate and had a quote for each. He also had no issues with me running my options by my Dad on the phone. All within about an hour. I have a 26 year old furnace and had already expected the outcome of full replacement. I believe the price they gave me was fair compared to the rest of the market.

Why Fort Worth's Extreme Temperature Swings Demand Professional HVAC Care
Fort Worth homeowners face intense summer heat and unpredictable winter freezes, making consistent climate control a necessity. When looking for the best hvac companies in fort worth tx, residents in areas like Fairmount and Mira Vista prioritize reliable hvac services in Fort Worth, Texas, to ensure long-term system efficiency and comfort from a trusted hvac near fort worth.
How Much Does HVAC Cost in Fort Worth, Texas? Real Q&A
- When is a furnace problem an actual emergency vs. a next-day call?
- Carbon-monoxide alarm, smell of gas, or visible cracks in the heat exchanger → emergency. No-heat in sub-freezing weather is urgent but rarely safety-critical. Most no-heat calls are igniter, flame sensor, or gas valve — same-day fixable.
- What's the difference between a flame-sensor clean ($120) and heat-exchanger replacement ($1,500+)?
- Flame sensors clog with combustion residue and stop signaling the gas valve — quick clean or swap. Cracked heat exchangers leak CO into your home airflow and require exchanger replacement (often impractical) or full furnace replacement. The tech's CO meter reading decides which one you're facing.
- What regulatory credentials should I verify before hiring an HVAC contractor in Fort Worth?
- Always verify that your contractor holds a current license issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). Under Texas law, HVAC technicians must maintain specific state-level licensing, which ensures they meet safety and training standards. You should also confirm the company carries active insurance and workers' compensation coverage to protect your property during service visits.
- How do I find a reliable specialist for high-efficiency or mini-split systems in Fort Worth?
- To find a qualified specialist for advanced systems, look for providers who hold specific manufacturer-dealer designations and maintain NATE-certified technical staff. When evaluating potential companies, ask if they have dedicated teams for mini-split installations rather than generalist technicians. Reviewing past project evidence for similar equipment in older neighborhoods like Fairmount or newer developments near TCU can also indicate specialized experience.
- What steps can I take to find affordable HVAC services in Fort Worth, Texas?
- Finding affordable HVAC services in Fort Worth often involves comparing multiple quotes while prioritizing companies that offer transparent, flat-rate pricing models. Many homeowners reduce long-term costs by opting for routine service agreements, which often provide discounted rates on emergency repairs and priority scheduling. Focus on local firms with established reputations rather than choosing based solely on the lowest initial estimate.
- What does HVAC service typically run in Fort Worth, TX?
- Furnace repair typically runs $135–$775, and heat exchanger replacement runs $1,350–$3,200 in Fort Worth, Texas. See the HVAC pricing table on this page for the full per-service breakdown.
