He was able to explain and do needed repairs, including exposed wires near the compressor and replacement of the capacitor and addition of a float. Seth is experienced, knowledgeable and efficient. A heads up, the filters are not supplied and I would recommend buying them before the service/maintenance."

I have pets, and it's not uncommon for a tech to say it's fine to leave them out and then to leave the door wide open, making me play goal keeper to prevent a runner. I've never had that problem with Tony Kelly. It makes for grade A+ service."
