They didn't route the drain line into the new system. After they fixed the drain line the AC unit fell and caused more damaged not only to the drywall but the air handler itself and they refuse to fix it making excuses left and right. While replacing two ac units I asked if they would take a look at the way the air ducts were routed. We had two bedrooms that didn’t cool like the rest of the house. They were able to identify and correct the issue. We are so so happy with the results. Would definitely recommend."
