He made a call to the “comfort guy” (whatever that means) at Brisk Air and nobody ever called us and it has been 2 weeks. We hired another company to install a new unit. They were prompt and extremely professional and installed on the next day. And I’m very happy.I would use another company other that Brisk if I were you that care about the customer needs."
