In March 2024, I purchased a 4-ton Rheem system from them for $9,500 hoping to avoid more issues. In December 2025, the unit froze. AC Police came out and charged $405.72 for a dye test but couldn’t find the leak and said they would return in five days. They never came back or follo…"

They sealed the leak (temporary fix) and advised I would need a new A/C unit. I heard about A C Police from one of their customers. They inspected and advised that the A/C unit was still under warranty. They took care of the warranty work. Professional and fair, highly recommend."
