After installing their water heater, we checked with three different, local companies that provide the same service, and it turns out that we were overcharged by $960. Also, the initial appointment was btw 10 am - 2 pm (4 hours), the service person came at 4:40 pm. We took time off work, and it turned into a terrible experience."
