He also explained what he was doing and informed me about the job he was doing. No issues to report, he added some Pro-Treat 200 to the inside of the unit. He showed me some other items to watch for. He also found a couple of U/V light bulbs that were not working, and the company would replace them no charge. I would just have to purchase them…"

They kept me informed via text that everything was set up and ready for the service. The tech Giovanny was on time and did notify he was coming for the service.
