Called CTR, very reponsive, however, they never found the short in the unit outside that was causing all the issues. I replaced the thermostat as recommended, no fix. I ordered a new circuit board as recommended (took 5 days to receive), no fix. I had to call another AC repair shop to come and fix my AC unit."
