They came out on a Tuesday with a service tech that diagnosed what was wrong with the system, and then had installers out on Thursday and completely redid the ductwork, added new return vents, and tie-in in a single day. He came addressed the issues and made the necessary repairs. Would definitely recommend. He said that I needed a part that he have to check and see if they had on hand.
